This one page breakdown provides you information you need to decide if this were a business you would like to further research.

Cornerstone requires that all potential buyers register. This process not only protects the seller, but also allows us to serve you to the best of our ability. Buyer Registration Form

A copy of our initial Buyer Registration Form can be filled out and returned to us electronically, please be sure to include a telephone number where we may contact you during day-time hours to discuss this confidential information. (We will not reveal our trade name when trying to reach you.

Confidential Business Report (CBR):
As you narrow down which businesses you would like to receive more comprehensive information on, we will then provide to you a Confidential Business Report (CBR). This CBR includes detailed information on the business, including; products/services provided, competition, facilities and improvements, equipment included (and not included), financial history, forecasted cash flow, and a summary of the business’ history.

Cornerstone recognizes that confidentiality for both buyer and seller in many times is essential in the acquisition process. Using Cornerstones local, regional and national networking contacts, a thorough business opportunity search can be conducted while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Buyer Representation:
Cornerstone represents the Seller in the majority of business opportunities however; we can also offer representation to our buyers. As mentioned above, we can target search for companies that fit your criteria and make third party inquiries into these businesses on your behalf. Confidentiality is very important.
